2023 Health and Welfare Benefits

 

On October 18 we met with members of Management and Aon Hewitt to review the proposed 2023 benefit plan. The 2023 Benefits booklet is being delivered to the mailing address you've registered with the company and it's also available online at my.envoyair.com.

 

By now, all employees should have received a letter from the company on their eligibility status for 2023 benefits. In order to receive Full Health and Welfare Benefits you must have been credited with 540 hours for the 12-month qualifying period or 350 paid hours for partial benefits. You will receive complete Health and Welfare benefits if you were credited at least 350 hours, but you will be charged the more costly part-time rate for those benefits.  The qualifying period for 2023 Health and Welfare Benefits started October 3, 2021 and ended October 2, 2022. If you were on a Leave of Absence during the qualifying period, your entitlement to Health and Welfare benefits eligibility shall be determined on a prorated basis in accordance with the chart found in Section 20.C.3.b. If you believe that there was an error, make sure you dispute the calculation of hours.

The enrollment window will be open from Monday, Nov. 7 through Wednesday, Nov. 23. If you need to make any changes to your benefits:

  • Log to my.envoyair.com 
  • Click on the Benefits box
  • Click on Enroll/Make Changes to view the changes for plan year 2023.

For those already enrolled, if you do not wish to make any changes, your current elections will carry over to next year, with the exception of the FSA option. Please take the time to review the information and if you have any questions, you can call the benefits center at 1-844-843-6869, Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST.

 

There's been some changes to the cost of the medical plans available to Envoy employees. Our medical will go up from $0.13 - $28.75 per month depending on which plan you are on. There will be a slight increase from $0.35 - $2.03 in the cost for dental and no more than $2.00 in the cost for vison. Please review the 2023 Annual Enrollment guide for a breakdown of the cost and any significant changes that will affect our medical benefits.

 

 

 

Benefits Roadshows. This year, benefits roadshows will be held in person and locations are to be announced:

  •  MIA - Monday, Nov 7
  • ORD - Thursday, Nov 10
  • DFW - Tuesday, Nov 15
